Sims2Pack Clean Installer (CI or Clean Installer) (

Capturing the ObjectError log from any "jump bugs" will be useful too. Open the cheat box and enter "Boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true", then do what you were doing when you had the problem. If a dialog pops up saying that you had an error, the file listed in that box should be attached to your post.
Save yourself some time and inform us of your game's EPs and SPs, attach HCDU reports, ObjectErrors, and what you've tried to do to fix the problem.
