Feel free to post anything Sims content you wish to share. I've only got a couple of rules for this.
1. Images can be no more than 600x600. Link them from Photobucket or similar site.
2. Compress your content to either a zip or rar file. Zip is probably more familiar with all users, but rar compresses better.
3. Custom content should be identified to the best of your ability. Respect the creators wishes about linking to their site and giving credit where credit is due.
4. Absolutely no pay content should be included. Provide the link to the creator's site, not a share friendly site.
