(Wasn't sure where else to ask, but here goes nothing!)

Hey, AH: I know you've been pretty silent lately, but a user named "Tamey" just posted on BAS that they were searching for the University Families mod you once created, so I thought I would do my part & ask if there was any chance you would post it again for the folks who want such a feature but don't want to install InTeen?

(I have totally forgotten why you pulled it, so obviously if it's because it was somehow broken you can disregard this plea!)

Lately I put your residential kit in my game and I just discovered that it doesn't work with your higher bills mod.
At residential lots my sims are getting the default bills, the load order doesn't matter.

Will this also limit skilling on custom toys, or only the Maxis version?

It seems like all the children in the Elliot household had birthdays this go around.  Karen is an adult now in the culinary field, just like mother Marion.  Well, she's a hostess while mom is still in the fast food business.  Kendra and Keisha didn't have birthdays, but they've been busy helping the little ones.  Kalvin and Keith are children now and the only friends they've brought home are the Sawyer girls, Tammy and Diane.  Kane, Kelli, and Kudo are toddlers and the priority for all was to teach them to walk, since their rooms are in the basement with Karen's.

While Marion's promotions have been going slowly, Kim is now Chief of Police.  Oh, they are expecting again too.  Marion want's two more, and Kim decided one or two more wouldn't make that much difference...as long as they aren't more bastard children.

Bah!  Bad day for remembering pictures...

With the string of pregnancies done, Darla Sawyer has finally been able to go to work a couple times resulting in a promotion to Junior Officer.  Now, smack dab in the middle of the Sawyer's front yard is an obstacle course.

Tom, Darla's eldest, has graduated high school and as a result of his work in construction during school, was offered a job in the industry.  Between him working and Darla's promotion, it looks like there's enough money for him to move out now.  Tom still hasn't met his father.

The triplets are teens now.  Friday was a very curious day for them.  Darla and the trips came home at the same time with a friend from work and a friend from school.  Don and the work friend slip off to the back stoop right away while Darla and the school friend head to the front porch.  Dan headed to the phone for a booty call.  Donna did up her homework, then helped Tammy stay occupied by helping with her homework and playing with her.  Tom Sawyer comes home and introduces himself to the work friend and the booty call friend.  In the mean time everyone who wasn't actually paired up was busy watching, Mom watching sons, sons watching sons, sons watching Mom.  By the time Donna finished playing with Tammy and was ready to look for that school friend, he was headed home.  Playtime is a messy, energy consuming activity!  Donna is the only one to go to bed that night frustrated.

Two days later with an empty refrigerator, Donna went to the store.  She saw her father, Kim Elliot there, and when she went to introduce herself with a family kiss, he rejected her!  So much for having a relationship with her father.  She did meet this cute guy hanging around the vending machines though and they "took pictures" together.

As Darla gets to "know" another school friend of the triplets, she realizes she has become a full fledged cougar.

I took a slight break from game play to create the Marshland Civic Center.  The tall building is based loosely on the Water and Power Building in Los Angeles.  The buildings are just simple shells at the moment and the outdoor area needs to be flushed out a bit more.  I'll probably make the first floor of the tall building functional with a restaurant and some fake elevators to the upper floors.  The upper floors will get a big box in them just so they aren't "see through" the way they are now.  The squat building is just the front that you see now.  More windows and boxes need to be added to bring it to pseudo-life.

Lee came out of the weekend realizing that once he became a world class dancer, he had nothing to do four days a week.   Having a bank full of money and no demands on it, he decided to try his hand at opening a small business.

It is rather small right now, but the shipping dock was the selling point for him.  With he hopes of business picking up, it will be important for receiving new merchandise and deliveries.

Lee has hopes of being able to convince the city to sell the alley in back of the store.  This will allow him to expand front to back along with adding a second floor when he outgrows his building.
